GROmaster 100
A high pressure stainless steel pump that injects a concentrated fertilizer solution directly into the main water line. A mixing pipe is installed in the water line after the injection point with the unit’s EC (electric conductivity) probe installed after. A motorized ball valve on the GROmaster 100 is continuously adjusted to maintain the exact EC point. The system is started manually with a flow switch. Flow rates range from 10 to 5,000 gallons per minute.

The GROmaster 100 has a digital EC readout display and a control panel which sets the exact EC, controls stability and sets alarm function limits. If the desired EC set point is not achieved in a set amount of time, the machine turns itself off and emits an audible alarm (connections are also available for external alarms).

 

GROmaster 150
Designed to be an economical injector for general use, the GROmaster 150 uses the same electronic systems and EC and pH sensors as our GROmaster 200 to continuously adjust the fertilizer level and solution pH. It eliminates the need for exact measurement of fertilizer and acid in the concentrate tanks. The EC and PH of the outgoing solution are continuously monitored and adjusted. To change the concentration of fertilized water or the PH for different crops, simply adjust the setting on the EC and/or pH knobs on the control panel.

GROmaster 150 gives two digital readouts of the current EC and pH levels of the solution and a control panel that sets desired EC and desired pH of the water, and deviation. If the machine does not achieve desired settings in a set amount of time, the machine’s alarm sounds and shuts of the system.

This machine is not designed for recirculating systems since it only takes in raw irrigation water and is treated with one fertilizer concentrate and one acid solution to achieve the exact EC and pH levels desired. It can be used to fill holding tanks for a recirculating system or any general watering such as hand watering, manual or automated drip irrigation systems, or overhead sprinklers.

 

GROmaster 200
The GROmaster 200 uses venturi injectors, eliminating the need for electrical chemical pumps. It is furnished with a stainless steel pump that is customized for each individual installation. The GROmaster 200 is ideal for recirculating irrigation systems. The controller starts the pump on the holding tank and injects fertilizer or acid as necessary to maintain exact levels indicated from the control panel. When the holding tank empties, the fresh water valves will open, adding new fertilized water. If the EC in the recirculating tank is too high, it will be diluted.

In a recirculating system, the output pump should be matched to the holding tank pump. Digital readouts produced show EC and pH levels and indictor lights to monitor the system. The control panel sets the desired EC and pH levels, the ratio of up to three fertilizer stock solutions, and limits for EC and pH alarms.
