GROmaster 200 INJECTOR

The GROmaster 200 (shown here with 16 station EBB-FLO controller) has been designed as a very reliable fertilizer injection system. At the same time it accurately maintains PH at the desired level.

INJECTION SYSTEM:

The GROmaster 200 uses simple venturi injectors, eliminating the need for electrical chemical pumps. The injection rate of the fertilizers is controlled by quality American made stainless steel solenoid valves, and the acid is controlled by a valve made of PEI (polyeterimmide), to ensure long life and maintenance free operation.

USER FRIENDLY CONTROL PANEL:

All settings on the GROmaster 200 are made by adjusting simple knobs on the control panel. There are knobs to set the desired EC and PH levels, the ratio of up to three fertilizer stock solutions, as well as limits for EC and PH alarms. There are also digital readouts for both the EC and PH, showing current readings, as well as some indicator lights that allow you to monitor the system while it is running.

EXCELLENT FOR RECIRCULATING SYSTEMS:

The GROmaster 200 is ideal for recirculating irrigation systems. The controller will start the pump on the holding tank, and only inject fertilizer or acid as necessary to maintain the exact levels desired. If the holding tank is empty, the fresh water valve will be opened and new fertilized water made up. At the same time the controller will operate the desired zone valves.

If the EC in the recirculating tank is to high, it will dilute it.

OUTPUT PUMP:

The GROmaster 200 is furnished with an American made Gould stainless steel pump. The pump will be sized to the needs of each individual installation. Note: It is important in a recirculating system that the output pump is matched to the pump on the holding tank.

Up to 3 fertilizers and acid mixed into the irrigation water as needed.
