The GROmaster 150 is designed to be an economical injector (less than $ 6000) for general use. It uses the same electronic systems and EC and {H sensors as our GROmaster 200 to continuously adjust the fertilizer level and the PH of the solution.
The GROmaster 150 is started by an extremely sensitive electronic flow switch that senses any demand for water, or other external start signal. It can be used at any flow rate from hand watering with a single hose up to a flow of 95 gallons per minute (can be customized for higher flow rates).
This machine is not designed for recirculating systems, as it only takes in raw irrigation water and treats it with one fertilizer concentrate, and one acid solution to achieve the exact EC and PH levels desired. It can be used to fill holding tanks for a recirculating system, as well as any general watering such as: hand watering, manual or automated drip irrigation systems, overhead sprinklers or boom type irrigators, etc. (or any combination of these.
The GROmaster 150 eliminates the need for exact measurement of fertilizer and acid in the concentrate tanks. Injection is not dependent on any fixed injection ratio, instead the EC and PH of the outgoing solution are continuously monitored and adjusted. This also means that changing the concentration of fertilized water or the PH for different crops is as simple as changing the setting on the EC and/or PH knobs on the control panel.
The GROmaster 150 is very user friendly.
The control panel has only a few knobs to set. There are knobs to set the
desired EC and the desired PH of the water, as well as knobs to set the
deviation from those set points that you will allow before an "alarm
condition" exists. If the machine cannot achieve the desired settings
in a reasonable time, the machine will sound an alarm, and shut itself down.
In addition, there are two digital readouts that show the current EC and
current PH of the outgoing solution at a glance.
